What is the installation like on a Suzuki?

Suzukis are among the easiest cars for this swap: simple dashboards, clip-on trims and few hidden screws. The install is plug & play, with no cable cutting:

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the console trim with a plastic pry tool: it is clipped in.
3. Undo the original radio's screws and pull it out with its connectors.

How much does it cost to add CarPlay to a Suzuki?

Through official channels there is not much to be done: on models that shipped without CarPlay the brand offers no upgrade - it is not an extra you can buy later. Frequently asked questions about CarPlay in Suzuki cars

Can I enable CarPlay on my Suzuki without changing the radio?

No. If your Suzuki left the factory without CarPlay, the original radio does not have the required hardware and there is no software activation. The unit has to be replaced.

Will I lose the steering wheel controls?

Can I use a screen from another Suzuki?
